Article 3: Order Processing

When the order has been submitted and the information contained in your order confirmed on the e-store Bebylaguilde.com, Bebylaguilde.com sends you an e-mail of Confirmation of Order Received to the address provided in your order explaining in detail the products ordered, the total amount and the delivery date.

 

Bebylaguilde.com may decide, in its sole discretion, not to accept an order including abnormal orders, or any order from a customer with whom a dispute is still pending.

 

Despite all efforts to ensure that the color and design displayed on the pictures match the original products in every respect, variations may occur, especially depending on the screen resolution of your computer hardware. Consequently Bebylaguilde.com can’t be held responsible for any errors or inadequacies that are not substantial as regards the photos or graphical representations of the products present on the e-store. Article 4: Price

The price of the product will be the price (VAT and other taxes included, shipping fees included and in the currency of the sending country) applicable during your order and will be specified in the Received Order Confirmation. All orders must be paid at the time of your validation of the order in the applicable currency.

 

Bebylaguilde.com reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products on the site at any time without prior notice.

 

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery can only be made in the countries or addresses available.

 

When your order is accepted, you normally have to count three to five business days for a standard delivery of the Received Order Confirmation.

In all cases, delivery will be made within thirty days from receipt of the Received Order Confirmation, as long as payment has been made.

 

Any defect of conformity must be verified at the time of delivery and if any defects are detected you should describe them, if possible on the delivery note, sign it and immediately report it to Customer Service either by e-mail or by phone, for follow-up. This also applies to any Product received that does not match your order, or if your delivery is incomplete.

 

Article 6: Refund

In case of cancellation of your order for any reason within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the product, a total refund (including VAT and delivery charges) is possible. The refund covers only the returned products.

 

Bebylaguilde.com will use the same payment method used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances you will be subject to any costs resulting from such a refund.

In case of refund, the direct costs related to the return of the product(s) will be at your expense. You may also be responsible if the value of the returned products decreases due to their handling.
